Radiations File Report
This option will print radiations to a file. It will allow selection of points with the mouse, entry of point numbers, a point range or selection of points using the ‘Select’ points option.
This report will write a listing of the radiations to a file, the listing will show:
- From Point
- Bearing
- Distance
- To Point
The report format will be as follows:

There are several ways to enter radiations:
Key Points:. Key in the From point and To point numbers and click on the ‘Write range’ button
Mouse Points: Use the mouse to select the From and To points, when the To point is clicked, the radiation is automatically written to the file.
Key Ranges: Key in the From point, then key in a point range in the ‘To Point’ field. A range is entered as ‘1-30’ uses points one to 30. Enter commas between point ranges. Thus ‘1,10,20-29,58,2-8’ is ok.
Select Points: Use the ‘Select To Pts’ button to select a range of points by layer, a points range or other method. The number of points selected is displayed below the button. Then press ‘Write Selection’ to write the selected points to file. Note: You must have a ‘From Point’.
Listing File
Enter a filename and the list of radiations will be written to the file as a report.
Browse
Select the listing file for the report.
Comment
Enter a comment to be written to the file. When you write the next radiation, the comment will be written before the radiation.
From Point
Key in the point number of the ‘From’ point of the radiation. You can also use the mouse to select a point in the job, when the cursor is in the ‘From Point’ field.
To Point
Key in the point number of the ‘From’ point of the radiation. You can also use the mouse to select a point in the job, when the cursor is in the ‘From Point’ field.
Write Range
Press this button when you have entered a ‘From Point’ and a ‘To Point’. The radiation will be written to file.
Select To Pts
This button will select a range of points by layer, a points range or other method. The number of points selected is display below the button. Note: You must have a ‘From Point’.
Write Selection
This button will write the selected points to file. Note: You must have a ‘From Point’.
Heading
This button will write a heading line to the file. Note that a heading line is automatically written to the file before the first radiation.
